Nike Romaleos 4 - the direct successor to the outstanding Nike Romaleos 2. Nike combines the full functionality of the Romaleos 2 as a shoe for weightlifters with an innovative and modern design.
Designed with strength and stability in mind, the Nike Romaleos 4 has a supportive midsole and a wide, flat outsole. Adjustable midfoot straps secure the foot during the most intense workouts.
Like the Romaleos 2, the Romaleos 4 has two sturdy, adjustable straps over the lacing system. The sturdy midsole with heel lift not only allows for optimal power transfer from the ground, but also has a significant impact on explosive movement during lifting. The wide heel provides that synonymous stable footing for heavy weights, and the rubber profile provides long-lasting traction that meets the highest demands.
The Romaleos 4 is ideal not only for classic weightlifting, but also for everyday squat training. The elevated heel puts you in the perfect squat position and creates a stable foundation.
In the same vein that inspired the move to a lighter and sleeker evolution in the Romaleos 3, the Romaleos 4 has been developed to go back to that original weightlifting feel of the second edition of this iconic shoe. It's heavier than the 3 and slightly lighter than the 2, putting you in the best position to hit with every repetition.
The construction of the Romaleos 4 has unprecedented breathability. The Romaleos 2's upper consisted largely of uninterrupted synthetic leather with small, visible fabric vents around the toe. Despite its cult status, one of the things the 2 is still known for is a cumbersome upper that turns the inside of the shoe into a sauna for our feet. The new upper on the Romaleos 4 is the perfect combination of durability and breathability, allowing you to focus on lifting and not think about how hot your feet might be.

Measurement instructions
